it’s friday, bitches

May 2nd, 2008 at 3:48 pm . Posted in random things .

I’m going to see McDreamy in Made of Honor tonight with the lovely, Jenn. Getting yummy food and if I can talk her into it (which will be so hard I’M SURE) going to get ice cream!

Saturday I will be meeting Jessica and Kayleigh for the first time tomorrow. Alcohol will be flowing. Should be a fabulous night.

I also need to finish getting together my package for my favorite Canadian and pooch. Ben, promise it’s going out Monday. My three PIF winners, yours also will be going out Monday. GET EXCITED.

Also, that new moisturizer? Big fail. Doesn’t moisturize well and leaves me looking pasty. Not a fan. It will be going back to Sephora. Any other moisturizer recommendations?

As always, puppy pictures this weekend. I know you are dying to see MORE pictures of my pupperoo.

This is where you tell me your weekend plans.

Go.

Sadly, all I have planned this weekend is lots of work. Which just means you’ll have to have that much more fun (and drinks!) to make up for the fun (and drinks!) I won’t be having.

I’ve been reading for a while now and I think this is the first time I have commented – officially de-lurking!

    Love your blog!

Still at work but will be leaving soon – going to Target then home to write a paper for my group project.

    Saturday – study for finals

    Sunday – study for finals

I will be so happy when this semester is over!

Since I don’t really drink anymore please have a huge margarita for me please—I get too tired with alcohol and almost fall asleep!! I’m full of energy without and I don’t spend the money and can get home just fine :)

Have a great weekend Jamie. So far I have nothing really planned yet. Maybe I’ll try and get a pic of Chester in on my place too. Woo!

I use olive oil as a moisturizer. I know it sounds crazy, but it works. You have to only use a little bit — rub between your hands first and then rub on — and you have to give it time to sit before you try to put any other make up on. But it doesn’t clog pores and makes your skin crazy soft. And it’s cheap and healthy.

    Have a great weekend!

I just got myself the travel size of Philosophy’s Hope in a Jar. I love it!!!! How did you like the Smashbox PhotoFinish? I’m curious to try that myself.

Weekend plans are just cleaning and working. Lame.

Philosophy has FABULOUS moisturizers. It’s the only one I trust. I trust them for all my face needs. I remember I tried a Neutrogena face wash to CLEAR YOUR SKIN and I woke up the next morning completely broken out. It sucked so hard.

I hope Made of Honor is good. I’m dragging Patrick to see it tomorrow, hehe.

I have a work event tomorrow afternoon – so that cramps my Satuday chill-fest:)

I like Clinique All About Eyes (removes all puffiness!) and the new Clean and Clear soft line.

    http://www.cleanandclear.com/soft/index.jsp – I highly recommend! Try the in-shower facial!

    I recommend this moisturizer: http://www.cleanandclear.com/productDetail.do?productid=31&productpos=0

I have oily skin, but it really does help and doesn’t make the problem worse. Also? It’s only like $6 it’s worth a shot.

This is my weekend to do nothing. :)

I have extremely dry skin. Lately, I’ve been using Dove deep moisture facial cream (or something like that). You can get it at CVS or Walgreens, and it’s good stuff.

I saw the trailer for Made of Honor last night. The boyfriend asked me if I wanted to see it and I shrugged and told him maybe we’d rent it. He said okay and looked down in his lap. I persisted of course and asked what he was thinking about and he started turning red and said “Well…I want to see it.” Gotta love a guy who likes chick flicks…More than I do!

Happy weekend! Unfortunately, half of mine was spent sitting in class. And I’m doing the new product thing too, and stopped by the MAC counter earlier today to get some blotting powder. So far, works alright, but we’ll see if the face likes it.

    Can’t wait for puppy pics!

Your weekend sounds SO MUCH BETTER than mine.

My plans? I celebrated my job Friday, photographed the state track tourney Saturday and now look like a lobster, and I have to work this afternoon. Have a drink for me!

Hey Jamie – we missed you last night! But we have a tentative date for the cupcake crawl so everyone can meet up again soon! Thanks for linking to me too, but I think the hyperlink is actually to Katie’s blog? Maybe my Safari is wrong.

I spent the weekend at my friends house and went to the Apple Blossom Festival and stuffed my face.

I really want to see that movie. I’m going to have to get a friend to go with me or drag my husband kicking and screaming. You’ll have to let us know if it was any good.
